2. Orders, pricing & payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. Pricing may vary by customer tier (public, franchise, corporate) as configured in your account.
  • Prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping and taxes unless stated.
  • We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Deposits, balances, and net-terms invoices are due per the schedule shown at checkout.

4. Installation & services

Installation and project services are governed by the separate statement of work signed for each project. Site readiness, permits, and utilities are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included.

5. Financing

Financing is offered through third-party partners and is subject to their credit approval and terms. See our Financing Disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and product imagery are owned by Good Shepherd Health Corporation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or scrape site content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach security, submit false orders, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is Montgomery County, PA.
